All potions, Flasks and Elixirs need some type of Vial. Vials can be purchased from any goods vendor. There are five different vials: Empty – which is used for lower level potions. Leaded are used to create mid-level potions. Enchanted, Imbued and Crystal are all used to create the higher level flasks and potions.
WoW Alchemy is helpful to all classes of characters. You can offer buff (buff is a gift to one of your allies to improve their skills or resistance in some way) and of course healing potions to help your allies heal. WoW Guide recommends you seek further information in this area.
