Enchanters have the ability to enchant things for all players, but they can also enchant their own rings with powerful enchantments that are not available to other players.
You can continually re-enchant the same item to get your level up, but a piece of equipment can only hold one enchantment at a time.
Whilst you do need special Mats to enchant with, you don’t need a special place, unlike say the blacksmith who needs a forge and an anvil to create, you can just sit beneath a tree and enchant away.
As you travel through the game, you will be able to find hidden and secret enchantments and trainers that will give you specials enchantments that others will not have.
